This was truly a wedding with a fabulous vintage twist at Morrells Boutique Wedding Venue.
Kate and Graham were married in front of their friends and family in true French vintage style from Kate’s wedding dress right through to the decor. This fun loving couple, which you will see by the photographs, reflected their personalities and amazing relationship which they share. From the engagement shoot we could tell that were were going to be in for a treat on their wedding day. We couldn’t help but well up inside and yet smile at the same time as they shared their vows.
The magnificent decor and wedding detail was co-ordinated by Morrells, and what a superb job they did. There was even a ‘candy store’ donning candy floss, sherbet, nougat and many other decadent sweets decorating this store. The cake was even a profiterole affair topped with sugar detail.

The detail thought about coupled with the excitement from this couple promised to deliver grace and elegance for the day from Tanya’s wedding dress through to the table decor. A magical couple tying the knot in front of their stunning friends and family during an emotional ceremony.

Well, this is the first blog post for 2012 and it’s a collection of photographs from our family holiday. We decided to spend 5 days in the beautiful South African province of Limpopo. This is a unique kind of terrain which is rich in game reserves both state and private.
This is the kind of lifestyle that I’m so proud to call mine and emphasizes the reasons why we came back from the UK to South Africa not long ago. This lifestyle one can’t buy anywhere, one rich in educating the senses.

Well, it’s coming to that time of the year when everything is wrapping up for the year workwise. However, a spur of the moment catchup between colleagues and friends of the Joburg Photowalkers, decided it was a great time to meet on ‘the Hill’.

With the approaching Christmas period, comes the Highveld thunderstorms and moody skies. It’s a beautiful time of the year with fantastic weather with a festive feel. Sharon and Jarrod have chosen a stunning time of the year to seal their love.
Sharon has impeccable taste, simple and elegant. From her decor to her dress, she had nailed it all, bringing her wedding together in a beautiful way. This couple was so excited to be getting married and starting their new lives together. It was witnessed by equally excited close friends and family. And their beautiful family made us feel nothing less than welcome.
